Who is at the studio?

The 712 Studio can be rented as a photo studio, event space, or a meeting area. In either form the entire space is solely for you and those who you invite into it.

Rates

Rates to rent The 712 Studio are the same for all things; studio, events, or meetings. For $50 an hour the entire space is yours. That hour includes any of your set up and tear down, so please keep that in mind when scheduling. Payment is due in full while reserving your date and time.

How do you get in?

After scheduling your session The 712 Studio will send you and email with all of the information you will need to enter the space at your scheduled time. Access is given to you through a keypad/Bluetooth connection/app that works with the main door. Reminder you are only allowed access during your scheduled times.

712 Studio Rules

-no glitter or sand

-candles and fire are not allowed (Our beautiful building caught fire last year and was nearly lost, thankfully we have an amazing community and skilled firefighters who got everything put out and secured for us.)

-no smoking, vaping, or drug use of any kind

-Absolutely ZERO adult film, pornography, or sex acts allowed on the premises (Boudoir photo shots are allowed)

-Scheduled sessions/events/meetings start and finish at the scheduled times chosen by you. That time includes any tear down and set up you are needing to do. Please schedule your time as needed for those.

-Damage to any of the studio props, furniture, studio equipment or the studio space will be the responsibility of the booking party, the cost of replacement or repair will be charged to the booking party using the payment method provided during the booking process.

-Clean up after yourself and your guests, including trash. If you choose not to you will be billed for a professional cleaner to come in and clean up for you.

- All studio furniture, gear, and belongings MUST stay inside the studio. Nothing is to leave the space.
